Return & Cancellation Policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and kept in original condition with all original tags, shoebox and packaging intact. Shoes should only be tried indoors to avoid scuffs and dirt.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The refund processing time depends on your card issuer or PayPal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. A restocking fee up to 15% may apply if the product condition is reduced in value.

Order cancellation is allowed only before the order is fulfilled and shipped. Once the package is dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and you will need to submit a return request after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
